American High School Equivalency Diploma Program Application
The eligibility for the American High School Equivalency Program (“AHSED”) is as follows: applicants should have achieved 10 standard in Myanmar government schools or the equivalent, supply matriculation examination results (if taken) and have at least a TOEFL iBT™ score of 86 (with no part less than 20) or IELTS™ score of 6.5 (with no part less than 6.0). Students who have not yet taken a TOEFL iBT™ or IELTS™ test should email the Admissions office about other options. Alternatively, applicants who have completed at least four years of private primary and secondary education up to grade 10 or Upper Secondary four in a school where the language of instruction is English immediately prior to enrolling in the AHSEP and have earned grades in their final year of 70% (or the equivalent) or higher will be considered. Such students may be required to provide proof of English language proficiency. Prospective students who are shy of these eligibility requirements should contact our Admissions Office.
